Author(s): Odiljon Tojiev

Abstract: Digital technologies are transforming governance, necessitating updated legal frameworks. Targeted legislative reforms, like permitting virtual parliamentary sittings and digital voting, provide important foundations. With astute rules balancing innovation, rights and accountability, the transformative potential of e-governance can be fulfilled.
