Psychological prerequisites for the activity of a specialist psychologist in law enforcement agencies

Abstract: The article discusses the concept of psychology and psychological jurisprudence recognition of methods and techniques of psychological influence by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The author analyzes international legal acts and sources of psychology, the distinction between lawful and unlawful psychological influence, awareness of law enforcement officers about psychological influence and ways of its application. As a result of the research, ways to solve these problems will be identified.
